Nice try but again you are so anxious to accuse Trump of lying! At that time, all the charges against Manafort were from events from 2010 to 2014.
Since these are NEW charges, there is no way Trump could know new charges would be found.
The 32-count indictment filed by Robert Mueller in Alexandria, Virginia, federal court includes charges of bank fraud and lying on tax returns. It alleges that Manafort, with Gates’ assistance, laundered more than $30 million and duped banks into lending money. It says the pair used funds from secret offshore accounts to enjoy a life of luxury.
The new charges have nothing to do with Russia and 2016 election interference/collusion.
2010 to 2015 is years prior to Trump's run.
