They wouldnt! but it did get me thinking. If we look at what has been sold/converted versus the amount of stock being traded over just the past couple weeks (this week more than most) and we compare that to what is actually available something doesnt add up. Then it hit me. T-trades, double prints, cross trades etc, all the moves being employed here are pretty unusual for pink sheet. THEY ARE RECYCLING STOCK! and by doing that they keep volume up, max the a/s over controlled period of time and create a historical record of high market liquidity!

The only reason you do this to a specific number is because there is a specific market cap you are trying to reach or match while creating the liquidity needed for financing through a traditional investment bank. After conversion the historical liquidity will be high and then.... so will the pps! Its actually pretty damn clever!

They timed everything, including debt conversion, product release, press releases and partnerships. IMO, we will see an acquisition/merger very soon and the signal is going to come from the cap structure and market cap. They arent increasing the a/s. No way. They chose this number for a reason and have been methodically structuring the company for a merger or acquisition. If it was just about money and stock play they would have raised the a/s to 2 or 3B heck why not 15B then do a reverse and start over. They arent doing that.

They are probably going to continue to execute through the end of the quarter so they have 90 days of historicals. December was better than previous years December but it still lowers their 30 day rolling average. we are here until end of March IMO then they are going to hit us with the big news. I would go further and say they probably already have some type of financing in place like a PPM or a reg A post conversion/merger. We need to strt looking for a Form 10 or 8k filing from other companies that mention UATG. That might give us a jump
