Absolutely agree. We shareholders must act proactively.

And I (and my family) will vote no accordingly. But we don't matter. What will Soros et al. do?

And: do we really want a French government agency (with a likely geopolitical humanitarian, but not American capitalist shareholder friendly -- quite the contrary!) outlook in a position of control -- or at least veto? I'd much rather have JNJ as a partner... (19.9% is enough for a veto).
