Was asking about the 2 RSs they did. No mention of share issuances for those until the RSs were done then everyone went wait a minute, how did they do a 1 for 1000 and end up with that number?

What was the last one, something like 4.7 milly post split. That means there were 4.7 billion in the OS pre split. Im sure you wont get any agreement from anyone who was there then that we knew anything about that many shares being issued. Last I recall it was less the 1 billion in the OS, so where did 4 billion shares suddenly come from.

Yes I know they have broadcast share issuances in filings before but no where near to the levels we saw pre RSs.

Interesting that the current OS is claiming to be under a billion again, I sure cant wait to see those filings, if they ever come.
