Tim Plaehn just came out with his pick of the week and, you guessed it!---NRZ. Last month saw an upgrade from Wedbush, as well.

I'm holding just 800 units myself, having been in it since the Newcastle spin-off. Cost basis is down to $13.31 after backing out years of distributions. I sabotaged my earlier cost basis when adding 200 units yesterday. Tim sees the possibility of either a special distribution or an increase in the $2 annual payout scheme. I'm good with either. For now, though, I'm trying to scrape some cash together so I can build this into a meaningful position capable of contributing to my income.
