These amended 10Q's don't have new financial information: "This 10-Q-A has been filed to correct an error(s) on the cover page of the originally filed 10-Q effective as of the original filing date."

From what I can tell, just a change in principle address and the name change from Devago to 12 Retech.

So again, not bad news, just not really news. The market is proving that interpretation to be true: Zero volume before the news, Zero volume after. Everyone seems to think either "this news doesn't matter" or "I don't care either way."
