Yes, he paid for the interview and released it yesterday because he knew shares would hit the market yesterday.
Never achieving any revenue is still a possibility, but previously I felt it was a 50-50 chance to succeed or fail. I think we are closer to 90-10 or maybe even 90-5 in terms of moving at least one or more units. Their main competitor had sold a total of about 1000 units a few years ago (5 maybe) and that was with a very limited product that could only work with certain years of one brand and zero telemetrics and more of garage kludge in that it used the PTO shipped with the trucks. CoolTech has been pushing their product forward as if it were a Brand backed (because of all their ex Ford managers/engineers) after market add on.
Whether they start their sales with $20 million a year and go up I would give less odds.
Craftsmen wouldn't be maintaining their association if Hassett were playing games with the status of the product. There intention is to make $$ by upfitting. Craftsmen has a stellar reputation and they aren't going to let a fly by night penny stock negatively affect that name and brand they have spent decades developing. (BTW you should look at the truck they recently finished its a giant shaker of whisky that is going to travel the country dispensing mixed drinks. Picture a cement truck type design full of booze. Cool!). Czero is not a fly by night company and remember they too are on the list of Companies that will make money off of upfitting.
I think your smart to meter your reentry. If we get 2 million and more shares on the market every two weeks until the end of April it can still go lower.
Negatives in yesterday's announcement.
- It sounds like they have not even started on the class 5 and higher trucks. Last summer they implied they started it then.
- No mention of the 125MG. I think that might of been too high power to do without integrating with their heat pipe design which will delay it substantially.
- The fast charging vehicle is not started or close. I believe they told us at one point it requires their heat pipe generator technology so that could be years out.

Another issue is the Wang lawsuit. We'll get an update on that (not from CoolTech) by the end of the week.
