The website is up and working as of Feb 21st 7am PST. While this company may not pan out, I personally do not believe it is a scam.

I received a notice in the mail from my broker (eTrade) that Liberty is holding an annual investor and special meeting on March 15th in Vancouver. There are two items up for vote:

1) Appointment of Ernst and Young as Auditors

2) Approve continuation of 10% rolling share option plan
