It is hard to believe that this affair has escalated well beyond a food fight or even a pissing match to the level that makes the Hatfield vs McCoy feud seem tame.

The issuance of more than 8.6 million shares appears to represent a pathetic effort to maintain sovereignty over what may now be an empty shell of a company that, as best I can determine has no money, has lost every court case that they have been engaged in since Mir took over, may not be paying salaries, must be borrowing money from some unnamed sources to sustain this present flurry of mailings, fillings, and solicitations, and is ignoring the interests of the remaining shareholders.

Why do they persist unless they fear Draconian legal consequences for how they have "operated" the company for the past 4 plus years since Mir took over? It would appear that the CEO has much to lose, but what are the other three directors doing in abetting this activity? It would seem to me they had the opportunity to keep their fingerprints off the evidence and now, to borrow from the politically-incorrect Joel Chandler Harris' Uncle Remus, they seem stuck to "tar baby", possibly for the duration.
