Thanks CJ for clearing that up.. re:betabodies.. and still many questions since there is no further details of the contract

I guess Gilead has some IP lawyers working for them and Paul Hastings ....so that may be a conflict of interest, unless Gilead is one of the parties behind Oncologie

If not....then I wonder why Gilead was not offered to bid on this deal and easily could have paid a much larger upfront sums with keeping the rest of the deal the same
