What are you using for the control arm and how many patients are you assuming are in the control arm? I remember seeing data that a significant number of the DCVAXL phase-3 patients that originally received the placebo (1/3rd) started getting DCVAX after progression. There were comments from Dr. Linda Liau that the whole cohort of patients were living longer. If both groups are living longer then you are probably right that it will be all but impossible to show a statistically significant difference in OS between the groups. On the other hand if we wait long enough to show that 25% - 30% of the patents are surviving longer that 3 or more years then it seems like we could get approval on that alone wouldn't you agree AV? Isn't that the long tail we keep hearing about?
