could be a scam. This is primarily due to Peter D. Michaels listed as "consultant". He is also the CEO of fraud-ridden Hop-On. The CEO is known for stealing around $80K from a customer and using it to fund his lifestyle.

The head of SFIV also used to work as an employee of Hop-On, and may have been aware of the Hop-On and subsidiary USACIG's scam.
