Makes perfect sense why lawsuit was dropped. I get the sense that the company is working against the consolidated fins time line. They sure as hell seem they want the RS to happen BEFORE so when consolidated fins come out, they can say "hey big time investors and hedge funds, look at us trading at $3.00 with a very lean share structure and all the assets we have rolled into this company". It's kinda hard convincing a hedge fund that your company trading at pennies is legit, wouldn't you say? Haha. There will and should be no hold up at this point to step outside the shadows and raise the heck out of shareholder value, I'm confident we will get bombardments of PRs at this point... Makes sense they had to clean and scrub the heck out of this shell before making it presentable.

But for real, a soon to be name brand electric vehicle company holding next generation patents for longer distance travel valued at 14 million by the market, trading at $3.00 and with a squeeky clean SS? Holy smokes!!!! This is insane!!
