Hard decisions like getting rid of SJAP or HSA? Easiest job in the world.

CA is the future, now that TRW has been spun off. The future is contracts abroad. Your "kick-ass" leader would make too many mistakes. Forget about environmental studies. Sign the wrong type of deal. You need an aquaculture specialist, with a management background.

And besides that, we need trust. I think he would be a good match.
