That is FALSE.
According to the OTCMarkets Guidelines for OTCQB companies, Sunset no longer qualified for the OTCQB designation as of Wednesday the 14th and instead at that point met the qualifications of a Pink Limited Information company with a YIELD sign.

Why didn't OTCMarkets make that change? You'll have to ask them. Maybe it has something to do with this:
