this is long but makes a lot of good points.

With all due respect, Noretreat, I see it as a cheap shot trying to get a fatter payday for a less than stellar performer in BCRX currently facing strong competition for strong assets poorly managed; hence the seemingly bizarre proposal of the CEO of the merged company coming from the junior partner to the deal.

Sure, I would take more money in any deal but Great Point offers none, only the suggestion that somebody else would just love to buy a loser for a lot more money.

I think it is obvious Great Point would love to get a lot more money for its bum investment but may get less for all investors.

We will see.

If a lucrative bidding war for BCRX ensues, than I am wrong.

Been known to be wrong on occasion.
