Take over candidate? it's already being taken over 5% at a time by Seymour Schulich every 6 months. I think he owns ~25% now?? unfortunately I would consider this a private company as it'll be taken over but not at a big premium say maybe 25% higher than todays prices and not worth waiting 3-5 years for. There are many other company out there poised to make some serious bank but not this one.
