You didn't represent my view as I have stated it. I never suggested silence. I do, however, believe in constructive criticism that does not devalue the stock.

I cannot agree with your view that investors should stay silent when a company CEO constantly lies about new business being implemented, lies about the company owning real estate (and giving varying excuses for it), is arrested many times for DUIs, has his probation revoked, causes the company to be sued by creditors, fails to deliver products to potential customers (Itonis) ...and I could go on and on.
