Boilermaker you are not missing a thing. As i mentioned in an earlier post I suspect that the stream of ore entering the Sc recovery circuit will be rich in the Sc and all of the other REE's present in the Elk Creek ore. After we extract the Sc the remainder, "tailings", will not be dumped somewhere. I am sure that someone, maybe Ucore or the other company mentioned, will pay a nice price to use as input into their recently developed REE separation process. Our revenue would be booked as byproduct revenue increasing the IRR with virtually no CAPEX or OPEX. Alternatively, we could pay them a fee to process and we would sell the REE's ourselves.

I suspect Jim added that final paragraph to make sure that the government and others realize that this mine is very strategic and valuable for the 3 critical elements and a bunch of REEs. It is not just another commodity, copper, iron ore, etc. mine These guys all came from Molycorp so they are well aware of the importance to the government and our National Security the REE stream is.
