Where to start to try and right all the wrongs I have witnessed? If anyone had done their DD thoroughly and was to look at the date of the above quote of the post by GK one would have knowledge that Glenn Laken was not the CEO or a Director of CMG Holdings Group, Inc at that period of time. He was strictly on board in a consulting capacity and still a shareholder, thus any purchasing of stocks he actually did, need not be filed with the SEC, which by the way have all been submitted to the attorneys. Also what was said was strictly an opinion (IMHO). The fact of the matter is Glenn WAS buying and NOT selling CMGO shares!!! For the record Glenn's official announcement as CEO was on 4-7-2014 as the 8-K filing states below.

Also let us not forget Glenn prior to becoming CEO publicly disclosed to the shareholders his legal issues from DECADES past that have been once again surfacing on the board of late. OLD NEWS!!!

What really needs to be understood is the Defendant Joseph Wagner has been trying to 'throw a Hail Mary pass' by putting up a red herring (as defined -A red herring is something that misleads or distracts from a relevant or important issue) to divert attention away from the RICO case and cause dissent from ludicrous ploys with this libel suit and discrediting the character of the person who has all along been fighting to achieve retribution for crimes committed against, CMG, XA and the shareholders. It appears people forget that Glenn Laken contributed 10's of thousands of dollars out of pocket, not drawn a salary for over 3 years and has attained legal representation that is worthy of handling this RICO case. He and Barbara have been working 1000's of hours compiling the evidence currently being submitted in discovery. Forensic accountants and e-Discovery people have been combing through 100,000's of documents committed to relativity (aka, computer indexing). The fact remains though if this case is rejected by the courts the story book comes to an end. Given the number of people involved and mounting evidence being presented, IMO I strongly believe this case will see it's day in court and justice will prevail which has allowed me to sleep better at nights.

As for XA, it is still operating as a company though not at the capacity it used to for obvious reasons. They most recently participated in the Coachella event at the latter part of 2017, they have had several other jobs successfully handled and will be involved in the 2018 Coachella event.
