Wonder how EU drug approvals vary for CVD prevention vs. cancer treatment - don't forget, EU considers cost/benefit too, not just efficacy - hard to believe it wouldn't be easier to get a cancer drug approved easier than a CVD drug, especially one that has data like Leed's prior trial, where V extended life by almost double vs. placebo.
