can sell the stock and hold the warrants...risk free
Sell the stock for a loss and hold the 5 year "underwater" warrants until they expire. Beautiful! Since the warrants were a bonus, holding them until they expire, then tossing them in the wastebasket is in fact "risk free"! Funniest thing, if the stock were to be sold at a price below $1.50, that would be what is officially termed a "loss!" RISK FREE? IN WHOSE REALITY?
