lol. the sec does not have anything to do with the merger? now, they may end up investigating the merger. but, they didn't sign off on it. lol if they have submitted for a ticker symbol change, fnra could very well pass it off to the sec if they think something is wrong or there is a regulatory issue that needs to be investigated. i am just not going to be suprised if one day in the very near future, at market open, ifxy doesn't open because it has been suspended. THAT will not suprise me at all.
