One very disconcerting thing (IMO) is that according to SEC and major exchange rules, any "material" events need to be released to the public. Such was obviously the case with the Russian deal as per AMEX. Therefore, as a matter of consistency, any signed contract with Mexico, China, or for that matter Tanzenia, would require to be PR'ed to the public. Since that has not happened, one can only conclude that there have been no contracts signed at this point. Now, GTE felt the completion of the German city buildout was material enough to be released, but we have not heard of any other completed buildout anywhere else, so one would logically conclude that there has not been another buildout completed. And have there been no material events to report regarding any of the other branches? This is starting to get uglier and uglier, and frankly, the more I think about it, the more nauseous I become. I would say that management must respond to its shareholders Monday morning, with some vote of confidence, or this is going to get real nasty, real soon. (Not that it already isn't about as bad as it gets). Tim, Dumas, Bleckman, someone, anyone, can you hear our plight? docS

A physician who cannot admit that they have made a mistake, or that he/she is wrong, regardless of how this became known to said physican, is not someone you want caring for you, your family, or a loved one. docS
