Hello board, I am back. My PC has some problems I have bot yet been able to fix, yet. The PC went down last week and it will not let run a repair or reformat, now it will not even let me open the disc drive, ERR!!!

A very nice iHubber sent me a laptop, I got it this afternoon and now I am trying to learn all of the laptop things I need to know; there is no manual, so at this point it is all guess work. Any tips you may have * would gladly accept. Like where is the "apostrophe"?
