Its called dilution and its not good for shareholders and any company going forward... look it up.
Usually once a company keeps getting toxic financing, it gets harder and harder to get away from needing more, hence why it's called toxic.
Hopefully at end of this year, we'll see phot get away from it, until then be careful.
