BYOC: I agree. That is the way it is normally done. Company management typically seek to reduce the number of outstanding shares when up-listing to higher exchanges.

All things appear to be on track for such a move to occur. We have the management team, the business plan, the, several substantive forward looking statements, and the financial structure.

I'm thinking we get a reverse once the pps hits .25-.50..... It would be tied to funding and an uplist to higher exchange of course and then most likely continue up from there!
