DD the share structure completely..AS 300M...OS 247m..been that way for quite some time...CD gang has converted throughout 2017, but now limited by restricted shares remaining...and i suggest the CD gang unloaded whatever they could when SGMD run hit .28 late Dec, and for sure took any opportunity as SGMD continued spike to .43 shortly after! IMO, dilution hands tied , albeit periodic limited, restricted shares become available...SGMD gang cant cash in for the big one until they announce required shareholder proxy vote meeting to raise AS...and in that interim, lies a great SGMD opportunity! ...or, perhaps you already realize that? gl
