MAYDAY! MAYDAY!

The press release does not give away much concerning presentations at the eye and and vision research meet on April 29 and May 1 but this is a bit of a grabber I thought:

Vision Restoration Paper Presentation

Title: Transplantation of laboratory-grown human retinal tissue in the subretinal space of the CAT EYE [emphasis added]

Sounds to me like that could generate some headlines in the mainstream media.

But then it's my dubious opinion that OpRegen is a likely spectacular flying not just below the radar but tunneling underground.

Restoring Miss Kitty's eyesight [my unrestrained imagination for now] could be more than a one day sensation.

Please don't let my stargazing cloud your vision. The only tidbit I have to offer was mention at the annual meeting last year of curing of blind mice of their lack of vision. It was brought up by a shareholder and downplayed by Mike West.
