SWRM also has deal with SING

SWRM is developing the technology SING will be using for mobile Bitcoin payment to cannabis firms.

Look at market cap difference between these two

SWRM Market Cap
$2,957,465 - 02/13/2018

SING Market Cap
$66,163,616 - 02/13/2018

Even if SWRM were at .40 per share that would still only be 1/3 value of SING, which is able to trade at that level based on SWRM technology

SWRM tweeted update on SING deal coming soon...that should spike things bigtime here
