Ok, so the answer is no.

I don't foresee an epic move. I foresee gradual gains and an orderly exit by the shorts.

Why? Because I don't believe there is going to be any huge catalyst that would quickly change the negative sentiment Wall Street and the shorts have with Mannkind.

Assuming Mannkind can continue to increase scripts and show a better cash balance sheet, investors will continue to see pps growth.

But hey, I'd love to be proven wrong and see some monster news release that wipes out the short position like little boy did to Hiroshima and Nagasaki. I'd love to see MNKD shoot up to $25 in a few days.

But I am realistic.
