I am also on the fence right now, haven't voted yet. Looks like we have no say in BD other than symbolic will vote against anyway as a gesture.
I don't believe there are any BP's waiting in the wings to make a deal based on proxy vote. Only one BP is probably aware of it and that is Amgen because they own shares.
Credit line 50 million? 15 million shares plenty of bargaining room.

I don't buy food with "no preservatives" because I figure it's gone bad.
