they have spent the past 4 tears vertically intergrating cutting away all the excess fat and needless middlemen...

You may want to actually read the filings. That time was spent on fraud and lining the pockets of insiders and destroying everything they did because of fraud or incompetence. Shareholders have worthless paper, nothing more and nothing less.
