I am so happy this morning to be able to tell you about the letter of intent Hydropothecary has just signed to supply cannabis products to Quebec’s liquor control board, the Societe des alcools du Quebec (SAQ).
Under this agreement, we are committed to supplying 20,000kg of cannabis products to the cannabis retail arm of the SAQ. That is the biggest supply agreement yet to be signed in Canada, and includes all of the quality products we at Hydropothecary are so proud of, including our Elixir THC and CBD peppermint oil cannabis sprays, and our Decarb powder.

GATINEAU, QC--(GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – February 14, 2018) - The Hydropothecary Corporation ("Hydropothecary" or the "Company") (TSXV: THCX) is pleased to announce that it has signed a letter of intent (LOI) with Société des alcools du Québec (SAQ), for the supply of cannabis for the Quebec market. Final terms are subject to the negotiation and execution of a definitive supply agreement.
Hydropothecary will supply 20,000 kg of cannabis products in the first year of adult-use recreational cannabis. The LOI covers the full range of the Company’s products and brands, from H2 and Time of Day (flower) to Elixir (sub-lingual oil spray) to Decarb (powder).
