I wonder why a steep reverse split 5000 for 1 is needed? I can see 100 for 1 or even 1000 for 1 if even needed.


This is an app maker company according to its filings, not what was posted earlier (premier international)
IMO.


5 Billion shares authorized

5000 to 1 = 1 Million shares authorized

1000 to 1 = 5 Million shares authorized

100 to 1 = 50 Million shares authorized.

IMO.
