The JUDGE should have approved the Motion
for Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale by now -
which was filed last Oct 25.

It looks to me like there is an interruption in the
JUDGE being able to approve the Motion and
there is another entry in the Docket showing up
for June/2018.

Maybe the Receivership - or a Bankruptcy filing - is
delaying the approval of the Sale.

When I have time I will phone the Court Clerk
sometime this week for more info.
