I didn't realize ERHC was trading with the stop sign in place. That must be fairly new since ERHC was up to date on their filings until they became delinquent on their 10K in mid January. Do you know when the stop sign went up?

Also, becoming a true pink sheet non-reporting company removed many of the safeguards investors had when they were a registered, full reporting security.

No matter how you slice it, no longer filing with the SEC is a huge step backwards. At least we used to get some information and some of it was audited. Now we won't get squat so I expect the false rumors to continue unabated and increase in quantity exponentially. Unfortunately we can no longer prove them false with the truth that was eventually reflected in the filings.
