MEDMEN Corporate Communications

Hi Stephanie,

Even though MedMen is planning to list in Canada, I presume there will be a foreign issue tracking ticker listed on OTC Markets?

I have been tracking a number of Canadian cannabis issues and the most important 2 aspects are;

#1. Become DTC eligible for electronic settling of trades. Some brokerages charge a fee of $50.00 per trade for ineligible tickers.

#2. Be OTC listed pink or better. Grey sheeted tickers are a pain because there is no listed bid or ask price.

Thank you! And good fortune …

“Excited about pending IPO. Interested in shell/company they reverse merge with. It would be helpful, when they are public, that the tracking foreign issue OTC ticker is not grey sheet and DTC eligible as quickly as possible.

Looking forward to following this story. When a company goes public in Canada, is an OTC ticker automatically created? I would assume not, but every Canadian company I track, save one or two, has an OTC trading ticker, from grey listing to OTCQX.”
