The stock Market is a reflection of tangible and intangible assets. I would say most of the companies listed on the stock market are overvalued. Granted, KSHB has a low Authorized, outstanding shares, and low float but it isn't worth that much in tangible assets. If you look at the filings for 2017, you will see what I am talking about. The greatest value in KS HB is the perceived value (intrinsic value). Most of the price value in this stock, at the moment, is an intrinsic value. It involves the hype, hype, and more hype. KSHB's value is a value mostly based upon expectation and not on KSHB tangible assets.
Based upon hard value--KSHB is overvalued. Based upon intangible assets, KSHB is worth the current price. If you are asking me if I would invest in KSHB--I would say no at this point because KSHB does not invest in Research for their products. If you look at the latest filings, research is $0. Leadership fundamentals should always fund research for better products. The stock is currently too expensive and overvalued at the current price. Although, there is some upside and a short-term (day trading) trader would do good. However, a long term trader--I would advise caution!!! For a long trader, I would purchase KSHB at 2.99 cents a share. JMHO.
