if the management had any intention of killing off the shareholder by reversing the stock they should have done that years ago.... that would be the easiest way out of this mess......
they have never said anything other than that they want to build back up and increase shareholder value.....
the debt and judgements were all related to convertible note, and judging from the stock price and volume i would suppose that most of it is getting taken care of.....
make a few phone calls and ask the questions..... nobody is closing them down and they are still in the same place... not hiding.... evidently they are working to pay everyone.... or else they would be closed and assets being taken.... not announcing a new deal and funding !!!!
