Book5, extracting the_resources_a_majority_of_the_world_needs to survive and prosper almost always takes place in a war zone. For example, Spaniard Pizarro and the Inca gold "lifted" from South America, vast herds of meaty buffalo "sort of" belonging to the Indians in early America, Hitler and the Romanian oil circa-WWII, the Middle East and the previously "sheltered" oil in Libya & Iraq, early-era South African diamonds, Belgium and Congolese plantation rubber for Henry Ford's tires in America, modern day Israel and drinkable water (as Palestinians slowly shrivel up before our eyes)... there is always a war zone around or on top of the minerals/resources the majority of the world needs to continue struggling on to build a "livable/more-comfortable" civilization. The sad reality today is that almost all these key resources are in the corrupt thieving sheetholes like the DRC. The major world powers will let this temporary rabble rousing go on in the DRC another week or two and then the scorched earth policy will be unleashed on the DRC to burn out all the rebels now threatening all these future millennial car owners who have been saving up to buy a new electric car before their local government (eg Delhi, Moscow, Paris, Beijing) bans fossil-fuel burning cars on their streets. The first down payment billions from those trillions of dollars for all those new future electric cars will be strategically put to work to overwhelm every single one of these puffed-up tinpot tyrants in the DRC by mid year. If the Congolese thought King Leopold was heartless... wait until they see the new wave of rabid-capitalist sheet about to flatten them into pancakes if macro-economic and political things don't improve in Kinshasa soon.
