A recent study published in JAMA (nnw.fm/7hJdD) showed that almost 70 percent of cannabidiol ("CBD") products sold online are incorrectly labeled. Recognizing this issue as an opportunity, India Globalization Capital, Inc. (NYSE American: IGC) in late December 2017 announced its plans to develop ways of using blockchain technology for Product Identification Assurance (PIA) of its cannabidiol (CBD)-based therapies
