I believe so.. They raise funds from an unscrupulous lender... And his conversions (should see them in the next filing) have to wait 6 months... It's a pump and dump... CEO releases his story shares are sold into the market it's all timed... Volume on the chart goes crazy... Much like the stock recently did but that was a pump and dump from a few individuals that front loaded when they saw the initial filings.. The r/s caught a couple of I hubbers off guard lol... I think jo or Maurice got irritated squashed the pump and dump hence the bad timing of the r/s imo
