The Challenge
There are ample sources of debt and equity available to fund power projects in the emerging markets of Asia and Africa, however those markets suffer a lack of investible projects where funds can be deployed. The lack of projects could be directly attributed to having very few companies with the experience and resources willing to take early stage project development risk.
