I spoke with him over the phone and via Skype. I found Geotraq during doing some internet searching for Narrow-Band IOT Models. He also had a few hardware and software jobs that were available so I inquired about the G200 Module and was actually shocked as I got an email directly from the CEO and we took it up over the phone. Initial conversations were straight forward, but after I started really asking some hard technical questions, red flags went off and his tone and character actually was a bit annoying and evassive. He kept making it out like he was onto some things and when I kept pi ning him down on technical details... is when I realized something with this guy was off. He kept acting like he knew how a lot of the Celluar Systems work and that was were he really screwed up... because I have been in the industry for years and actually finished putting in a lot of Location Based Services for 3 if the 4 Major Carriers in the USA. So whrn I kept telling him, there was o way in hell he was going to have these modules or some off net server trigger Tower Triangulation on an automated bases. Tbat is c,early reserved for Emergency 911 and Law Enforcement only and all the newer Long Term Evolution Specifications have all changed the entire infrastructure. So 2G and 3G systems are actually going away.
He pretty much was hyping hiw he had just been bought out by a comoany after being rejected by major telecom players...and indicated he had $45 Million in capital to work with. So as a consultant, it all sounded promising... but as I can attest, there is something not right about this guy Gregg Sullivan and my gut ferlungs were validated after seeing thus forum and doing the SeC and patent research.
