One week closer to a Eddie VakSHAM patented 1 for 100 REVERSE SPLIT. This 16 BILLION share turd has NO WHERE to go but under the knife as Eddie has done countless other times on other tickers--and most with HALF the OS this SHAM has.

This FRAUD shows an OS of 10.6B shares which is almost THREE YEARS old on OTC Markets. OTC also shows the AS at 12B back then which means Eddie had tapped it out when he DILUTED this SHAM up to 16B shares. Now...most of them have probably been dumped. The float numbers are almost FIVE YEARS OLD--that's got to be some kind of record for non-reporting the SS.

He'll split the shares and then release PR BRAGGING about how lowwwwwww the new OS is. Of course shareholders that have been BAGHOLDERS for FOUR YEARS will be wiped out--like Eddie cares?!?!?
