Our overarching goal is to become fully operational as a company. To us, that means we need to have the people in
place, the capital to lend and invest, and the deal flow to achieve our operational goal, which is to acquire for our own
investment a portfolio of interest earning assets (IEA) of $200,000,000 by year end 2017.

With the looks of this deal with Empresa, It looks as if a $4 mil contract has been agreed upon.
