I dont know what to make of this. I lost a ton in this in the past. I noticed some volume a few months back and picked up some shares. I thought it was a pump and dump scam. However 238,362,184 OS seems very low and if this is a "Clean" shell it would make for a great reverse merger stock. Any news at all could push this into the dollars. But there is a possibility the company still exists and could de-list. I believe someone would need to pickup a majority of the shares to reenlist it. Then could sell it or reverse merge their company into it.

Not sure of all legal stuff but have had a few of these .00's and.000's fly lately.
