BTW, re "Practical Applications" - I haven't been able to make a definitive connection, but one of Mr. Milligan's partners, ROXANNE B. JACKSON, may be the same ROXANNE B. JACKSON who was disbarred in 2015. I mean, how many lawyers named Roxanne B. Jackson can there be in Illinois?
