LOS ANGELES, Jan. 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ - MediaTechnics Corporation (OTC:MEDT) MEDT is pleased to announce that it has begun the process of changing its name and has hired a law firm to file for the name change and a new ticker symbol. The new name will be announced in the next few weeks, following completion of the copyright and trademark filing processes.

Additionally, MaloneBailey LLP has commenced work on our PCAOB audit and upon completion, we intend to file to become a fully reporting company under Section 12 of the Securities Act of 1933. This process has delayed our September 30, 2017 filing with OTC Markets, but we anticipate filing that report within the coming week.

MEDT's subsidiary BlazeNow Inc. has completed a rewrite of its app and website. We anticipate exciting news about BlazeNow in the very near future.
